A new rack for the solar panels. Panels are two Kyocera 120 Watt panels. Rated at nearly 18v, they put out (in Los Angeles) about 6 or 7 amps each, max. Since my charge controller crapped out a month after installation, I just clamp the input and output wires together and unclamp them when the batteries show 16 volts. Gotta love those NiCds

And then I added some Harken blocks and a couple clamcleats to make a nest for the dinghy. This picture shows it hanging low as I want to be certain the clamcleats will hold before I raise it any further. When raised the whole way, the bottom is about 5’ off the water. I drilled a hole in the bottom to drain out any splashes which find their way into it. A cover is on the "To-Do" list.
